What type of matters you may lodge a complaint about?- Incorrect charges to the licensing fee;
- We have licensed you under an incorrect scheme;
- We have acted in an unprofessional and/or discourteous manner;
- We have given you wrong and/or misleading information; Failure or delay to take any action;
- Non-compliance to our Code of Conduct;
- Any aspect of our business, operations or management.
- Upon receiving your complaint, it will be acknowledged in writing within 3 business days by a designated representative who will provide you a response to your complaint by your preferred mode of communication (either by email or phone call) within 15 business days from receipt of your complaint.
- In the event you are dissatisfied with the response provided, you should notify us within 28 business days from the date of the response stating the reasons you are dissatisfied, whereupon the matter will be referred to the Head of Operations.
- The Head of Operations will respond in writing to you within 14 days business days from receipt of your notification. The Head of Operations will either confirm or vary the earlier decision of the legal representative and advise you of your right of redress, and the decision is final.
- If you are still of the view that the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer it to Copyright Tribunal, provided the matter falls within its jurisdiction pursuant to the Copyright Act 1987.
