MACP is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Malaysian privacy laws.

The purpose of this Personal Information Notice (“Notice”) is to bring to your attention MACP’s practices and policies relating to the collection, use, protection, processing and disclosure of personal information.

The personal information that MACP processes is sourced from information provided by you, third party information sources, or information otherwise generated upon your access to MACP’s website or related applications and in the course of your dealings with MACP. By visiting our website or use of any related applications, interacting with us, or providing your personal data to us including arising from the provision of services by us, you are deemed to have read and consent to the data practice and policy described in this Notice as may be varied from time to time.

Specifically, you may be asked to provide information relevant to your dealings, membership with and/or matters connected to MACP, including but not limited to, your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, NRIC, your company or enterprise information, bank account information and all other information that will be required or applicable in relation to any such dealings, membership and/or connection with MACP.

Save and except mentioned in item 3.3 above, where MACP discloses your personal information to third parties, MACP will ensure that those parties are bound to abide by MACP’s, or equivalent, personal information practices and policies relating to the collection, processing, disclosure and retention of your personal information.

Our website may contain links to other websites which are not within MACP’s control and are not bound by MACP’s Privacy Policy. MACP reserves the right to modify, update and/or amend this Notice from time to time. In the event of such revision being effected, MACP will post a revised Policy in MACP’s website. You may determine if any such revision has taken place by referring to the date on which this Notice was last updated. Your continued use of our services, our website or any related applications or continued dealings with us constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes.
