On 17 January 2018, MACP had the pleasure of having MyIPO’s new Director of Copyright Division, Puan Rashidah Ridha Binti Sheikh Khalid at our office together with Encik Noor Aliff Bin Musa, the Assistant Director at the Copyright Division, and Encik Zulkarnain Bin Muhammad, the Deputy Director General (Strategic & Technical), Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO).

Puan Rashidah was previously the Legal Advisor of MyIPO and later the Director of Patent Formality & International Registration Division. She replaces Encik Mohamed Fairuz Bin Mohd Pilus, who is now the Director of Intellectual Property Academy of MyIPO.

Puan Habsah, Dato M. Nasir and Mr. Jack Teoh welcomed our guests from MyIPO and the Management took the opportunity to update them of the recent developments with MACP.
