2% of Gross Revenue
* Minimum Guarantee : RM 15,000.00 per annum
Making Available to Social Platform
RM 10,000.00 for the first two (2) social platforms per annum
Additional Platform : RM 4,000 per platform per annum
Radio Station
3.5% of Gross Revenue
* Minimum Guarantee : RM 12,000.00 per station per annum
Making Available to Social Platform
RM 12,000.00 for the first two (2) social platforms per annum
Additional Platform : RM 5,000 per platform per annum
Definitions
Gross Revenue refers to revenue received and receivable, including but not limited to the description fee, service fee, advertisements and sponsorship payments, and any benefits in kinds, perks, virtual gifts, barter trades advantages or consideration (which shall be calculated based on their estimated monetary values).
Minimum Guarantee refers to a non-refundable minimum fee which is recoupable against payable licence fees in consideration for the licence granted, to be paid in advance to MACP prior to the issuance of any licence.
Term:
A blanket licence covers the communication to the public rights of MACP repertoire.

Interest
All late payments due and payable to MACP shall be subjected to interests at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum.
